Farah Rarh, the driving force behind The Fitness Studio, is a multi-talented professional with over 17 years of cumulative experience. She holds certifications as a nutritionist, functional trainer, Ashtanga Yoga teacher, certified Kettlebell instructor, and mat pilates trainer.
Farah is not just a fitness expert; she’s a guiding light for numerous individuals, including TV celebrities, helping them shed excess weight, gain muscle, and achieve their fitness goals through well-crafted workout plans and exercises.
